Duncanville/Dallas: The Cambodian Buddhist Temple of Dallas Annual Street Food Fundraiser

In partnership with our cultural group Selepak Khmer Angkor, we would like to welcome everyone back to our annual pop-up street food fundraiser! There will be multiple vendors serving up delicious dishes, treats, and drinks of Southeast Asian countries. As always, the temple's food booth will be offering authentic dishes of Cambodia. Please note: Only the temple's food booth will be donating their food sale proceeds back to the temple and their cultural program.

Sardines! Sardines! Called “the funniest farce ever written,” Noises Off takes a fond look at the follies of theatre folk, whose susceptibility to out-of-control egos, memory loss, and passionate affairs turn every performance into a high-risk adventure. This play-within-a-play captures a touring theatre troupe’s production of Nothing On in three stages: dress rehearsal, the opening performance, and a performance towards the end of a debilitating run.

 Set sail with the New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players in The Pirates of Penzance, which boasts one of the most famous patter songs in musical theatre history. Get carried away by a band of swashbuckling buccaneers, bumbling British bobbies, frolicsome Victorian maidens, and the delightfully dotty “model of a modern Major-General” for a rollicking romp over the rocky coast of Cornwall that will steal your heart away!
